Tod Beaty is a 39-year resident of Cambridge. He founded Ingram, Rettig & Beaty Real Estate in 1981 and built the firm's residential division before becoming its President in 1990. Tod is committed to his community and currently serves as the Secretary of the Harvard Square Business Association, as Vice President of the Cambridge Center for Adult Education, and as President of the Cambridge Historical Society. Tod is the proud father of two grown children who attended Buckingham, Browne & Nichols School and still live and work locally. He is a graduate of Beloit College and of Harvard University's Graduate School of Education.

A native of Boston, Tom has worked in the commercial real estate industry for the past 35 years. He began his career as a commercial space planner for several of Boston's larger architectural firms. He then worked as a project manger for Hines Industrial, a division of the award winning real estate development firm, Gerald D. Hines Interests.
For the past 29 years at Hammond Commercial—now IRB Real Estate —Tom has focused on the office leasing and commercial sales market in Cambridge and greater Boston. Tom and his wife live in Dover with their two children and support various local environmental and historic home causes.

Christine Strout has over 20 years of experience in commercial facility and property management. Prior to working with Hammond Property Management (now IRB), she managed over two million square feet of Class A office towers and parking facilities.
Christine develops new processes and procedures to maximize the property management division’s efficiency and quality of service. Her responsibilities include account management, vendor management, financial and budgetary reports, lease administration, and supervising building staff. Christine is committed to pro-active property management and maintaining close relationships with her owner and tenant customers.

Tina Fisher has been managing IRB’s finances, including the property management division, since 1996. Tina knows how important it is for an owner to understand their financial situation. She presents monthly financial reports for IRB’s properties in a clear and concise manner and is happy to meet regularly to discuss a property’s finances. When Tina isn’t crunching numbers, she enjoys running, biking, and hiking with her family.

Sarah Horwitz began working as a receptionist at Hammond Real Estate in October 2014 and was promoted to administrative assistant in early 2016. At IRB, Sarah provides administrative support to both the property management and commercial divisions. Sarah is also a circus arts student and published children’s author.

Onan Montenegro has over 15 years of experience working in commercial and residential properties. He is a certified Facilities Technician and attends to tenant requests regarding minor electrical and plumbing repairs, miscellaneous maintenance issues, cleaning, grounds maintenance and snow removal. Onan is the proud father of two boys.

Gerly Aguirre has been working in building services for 15 years and has extensive experience in preparing apartment units for re-occupancy. He has a high level of expertise in carpentry as well as sound knowledge of mechanical and electrical repair work.

Lucio Restrepo began working with IRB in 2000. He has over 16 years of building maintenance experience including HVAC, electrical, plumbing and carpentry.
